Ambitiodev Return Policy

1. General Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only with prior approval from Ambitiodev. All return requests must be logged via our website within 3 calendar days of delivery. Once logged, customers will receive a Return Reference Number to track the process. Goods must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories and manuals intact. A handling fee may apply to approved returns.

2. Defective or Damaged Goods

If goods are received in a damaged condition, customers must either reject the delivery or note the damage on the delivery note and log the issue on our website immediately. Defective goods may be returned only if approved and must be accompanied by the original invoice. Warranty claims must comply with the manufacturer’s warranty terms and include all original packaging and documentation.

3. Incorrect Items

Goods that are not as ordered must be logged on our website and returned within 3 days of delivery. Only unused and unopened incorrect items will be accepted for return.

4. Evaluation, Demo, or Consignment Goods

Any goods provided on an evaluation, approval, or consignment basis must be returned in perfect condition within 5 working days of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the goods being deemed sold.

5. Software and Electronic Deliveries

Software delivered via Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) is non-returnable once activated or downloaded. Acceptance of the vendor’s license terms is required before activation or use.

6. Return Process

• Complete the Return Request Form with your order number, product details, reason for return, and any supporting documentation.
• You will receive a Return Reference Number via email or on-screen confirmation.
• Follow the instructions provided to return the item.

7. Refunds and Credits

Refunds or credits will be processed once the returned goods are inspected and approved. Refunds may be subject to deductions for handling fees or damage. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

All goods are sold with the original equipment manufacturer’s warranty only. Ambitiodev does not offer additional warranties unless required by South African law.
