Prices are displayed in South African Rand. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, decline fraudulent orders, limit quantities or cancel orders where necessary.
5. Payments
Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. AmbitioDev does not store debit or credit card details.
6. Domains
Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration is completed. Domain registrations, renewals and transfers may be subject to registry and registrar rules.
Failure to renew a domain may result in suspension, expiry or permanent loss of the domain.
7. Hosting
Hosting customers may not use services to host illegal content, send spam, distribute malware, abuse server resources or violate applicable laws.
We may suspend services where required to protect platform stability, security or other customers.
8. Website Development
Project timelines depend on receiving required content, approvals and feedback. Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
9. Products
Physical products are subject to stock availability. Product images, colours and specifications may vary slightly from the actual item.
10. Intellectual Property
AmbitioDev retains ownership of its branding, templates, systems and pre-existing intellectual property. Customers retain ownership of their own content, logos and trademarks unless otherwise agreed.
11. Limitation of Liability
AmbitioDev will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our website, products or services, except where required by applicable law.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts or services where customers fail to pay, breach these Terms, abuse services or engage in unlawful activity.
